Public Libraries of Oregon

I have very few Oregon library postcards.

Forest Grove

Replaced in the late 1970s. I don't know the building's fate.

 

The photo postcard was mailed in 1914.

Hillsboro

I believe that this is the Shute Park Branch library. I don't have any date for the postcard, but the branch building is not the 2014 interation, rather, the 1975 building. 

 

 

 

 

Pendleton

This dual-purpose (Library and City Hall) building predated the Carnegie library.

 

The sepia tint card came from Pacific Novelty.
